World’s largest cream filled biscuit is ‘made in Bahrain’
The Mondelez Bahrain Biscuits plant, the latest addition to Mondelez International’s growing footprint in Middle East, has broken the Guinness World Records title for the largest cream filled biscuit in the form of an Oreo.
The previous record for the largest cream filled biscuit achieved was in 2011, weighing 28.24kg.
The record-breaking Oreo cookie which was proudly made by the Bahrain Biscuits Plant team weighs 73.5 kg with a diameter of 74 cm and a thickness of 15 cm. It is made with the real dough and cream used in Oreo cookies.
