6-month in-house medical management training to be launched in July
A six-month in-house medical management training will be launched in July which aims to improve the skills of health graduates to run medical establishments, said Labour and Social Development Ministry yesterday.
“A batch of thirty job-seekers, who hold medical and health degrees will take part in the training scheme,” said Manpower training and development director Dr Essam Ismail Al Alawi. A group of consultant doctors and specialised instructors will conduct the optional in-house training at medical establishments.
The training scheme is part of the ministry-led efforts to provide quality and rewarding work opportunities for health graduates in Bahrain after honing their skills to meet the labour market needs.
