Saboteurs targets three schools in Kingdom
Three schools in the Kingdom sustained acts of vandalism as saboteurs threw stones and incendiary devices, said the Ministry of Education yesterday. Stones were thrown into the Gym Hall of Al Munther Bin Sawi Al Tameemi Primary Boys School, totally damaging the window glass. Incendiary devices were thrown into Al Mamoon Primary Boys School, the ministry said in a statement issued. “Saboteurs also ignited a combustible waste container damaging the fence of Salmabad Primary Girls School,” it added. The ministry’s Public Relations and Media Directorate reaffirmed that such abhorrent acts of sabotage usually committed by saboteurs in recent years were aimed to undermine educational institutions and deprive schoolchildren from their right to education in a safe environment.
