Man’s plea to classify his daughter as disabled rejected
The High Administrative Court rejected the lawsuit filed by a Bahraini man demanding the competent authorities to classify his daughter as disabled as she has been suffering deformities in spine since her birth.
The plaintiff wanted his daughter to receive the benefits extended to the disabled individuals in the Kingdom.
He filed a case against the Ministry of Labour and Social Development after the latter declined his request.
The plaintiff requested the Court to seek an expert’s help to examine his plea, but he ended up without any respite as the High Administrative Court ruled in favour of the Ministry of Labour and Social Development.
