MoE ‘continues to hire teachers from abroad’
Despite many denials from the part of the Ministry of Education (MoE) over the recruitment of foreign teachers, sources revealed that a newly-recruited group of 38 Egyptian teachers will appear for the qualifying test today.
Meanwhile, it has also been learnt that the Cultural Attache at the Bahrain Embassy in Amman has been in efforts to recruit Jordanian teachers.
The Ministry denied a few weeks ago the reports over hiring teachers from Egypt. The reports surfaced after the Education Directorate in Kafr El Sheikh in Egypt announced that it had been contacted by the MoE to recruit teachers.
