Bangladeshi accused of forging driving licence
A 26-year-old Bangladeshi national will stand trial for forging motorcycle licence.
The defendant is said to have been assisted by two counterfeiters. The papers included a forged signature of an officer, who was among those responsible for holding driving tests.
“I was approached by two fellow nationals, who told me that they could get me a motorcycle licence without any training and tests, and I accepted. “I paid them BD100 for that, but I didn’t know that they would forge the signature of an officer,” the 26-year-old man told officers.
