Hajj returnees can now rate services offered by agencies
Authorities have urged the returnees from Hajj to use an online service to rate the service provided by the Hajj agency that they had availed. The Information and eGovernment Authority (iGA) and the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments are encouraging citizens and residents who have availed an agency to facilitate their Hajj to leave their feedback on their experience with the agencies.
The authorities have called on the Hajis to give an honest evaluation of their experience with the agencies by visiting the Bahrain. bh website.
The Information and eGovernment Authority in collaboration with the Ministry of Justice, Islamic Affairs and Endowments are providing the service on the website.
The feedback will be directed to the Ministry, and is expected to help the Ministry better understand the quality of service provided by various agencies.
The citizens and residents can visit the hyperlink http://bh.bh/ Hajj to leave their evaluation. The service, however, is only available in the Arabic language.
