Engg society to devise plans for ensuring validity of applicants
The board of directors of the Bahrain Society of Engineers (BSE) has not decided to review the qualifications of its 2,200 members as reported by some newspapers and media outlets, society’s director of information Huda Sultan said.
In a statement issued, she said that the BSE has followed a precise system to ensure the validity of applications and qualifications submitted for membership.
“As a result of this system, BSE could confirm its acceptance of members with accredited qualifications. However, in order to come up with a more integral system of qualification review, BSE will develop a more comprehensive mechanism to ensure that the correct decisions about membership applications are made.
