Psychologists to testify in murder trial
The psychologists who evaluated a murder suspect will take the stand on October 8, 2018, before the High Criminal Court.
The Bahraini suspect is said to have murdered his Filipino girlfriend following an argument. The woman was found dead in her apartment after she was reported missing by her friend, who informed police officers of her disappearance.
The victim’s body was found in a terrible condition at the time it was recovered, according to court files. A medical report indicated that one of the victim’s eyes was deliberately pulled out, but the reason for her death was attributed to a cut in the throat.
The defendant was nabbed after his mobile number appeared among the dialled numbers on the victim’s phone.
