Bikers in efforts to raise prostate cancer awareness
Motorcyclists from across the globe have united to raise awareness of prostate cancer and men’s mental health. ‘The Distinguished Gentleman’s Ride’ was held in over 650 cities across 95 countries on September 30 while the Bahrain event was held yesterday, according to organizers Mahdi Aseeri, Fady Wassef, and Fadhel Makhlooq.
Speaking to Tribune, Mr. Aseeri said, “The main purpose of the event is to raise awareness on prostate cancer and men’s mental health.
The event was open to motorbike riders and guests that want to attend without bikes along with riders and guests dressed up in a dapper fashion for the event. “With close to one million men losing their lives annually from suicide and prostate cancer, the annual event is calling on the community to stop men from dying too young.
