UoB forum to instill entrepreneurship spirit among youth
The University of Bahrain organized its third Innovation and Entrepreneurship Forum yesterday at the University Campus at Shaikh Abdulaziz Hall, Sakhir Campus.
The forum comes in conjunction with Manama Entrepreneurship Week with the aim to provide a platform for young aspiring entrepreneurs to build a successful brand. It will also deal with other entrepreneurial elements including ‘learning from failures’, ‘qualities of an entrepreneur’, ‘personality to becoming an entrepreneur’, ‘dos and don’ts of starting a business’ and ‘tips in managing a startup’.
Dr. Mazen Ali, head of the organizing committee and head of Department of Information Systems told Tribune, “The 3rd International Forum on Innovation and Entrepreneurship is a pioneering initiative by the University. “It will serve a platform for local, regional and international experts to share knowledge about innovation and entrepreneurship.
