CP’s participation in FII a huge success: official

HRH the Crown Prince’s participation in the “Future Investment Initiative 2018”(FII)forum in Riyadh was successful and beneficial for the two brotherly countries, said Ambassador of Bahrain to Saudi Arabia, Shaikh Hamoud bin Abdullah Al Khalifa. His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander, First Deputy Prime Minister and Chairman of the Economic Development Board took part in the forum at the invitation of the Saudi Crown Prince.

During the visit, Prince Salman held talks with the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and Crown Prince of Saudi Arabia, First Deputy Prime Minister, President of the Council for Economic and Development Affairs, Minister of Defence and Chairman of the Public Investment Fund, HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud.

Praising the comprehensive and accurate statements made by His Royal Highness during the main session of the Forum, the ambassador said that the statements had a profound impact and reflected a bright picture of the Bahraini economy and its ability to develop and grow rapidly.

In his speech, HRH Crown Prince stressed that any success the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia achieves affects the whole region, due to its status as a platform of growth and a source of stability, hence HRH the Crown Prince’s invitation to invest in Saudi Arabia acts as a huge investment for the Kingdom of Bahrain too.
