Forum focuses on executive leadership
The first Gulf Executive Leadership Forum was inaugurated yesterday under the patronage of the Minister of Labour and Social Development Jameel Humaidan.
Assistant Undersecretary for Labour Affairs at the Ministry of Labour and Social Development, Dr Mohammad Ali Al Ansari, inaugurated the forum yesterday at the Gulf Hotel.
A wide range of speakers including experts and trainers in secretarial and office work from within and outside the Kingdom took part.
The three-day conference, which will run until November 8, will review the latest global trends in the field of office work and secretarial work in various establishments.
Speaking to Tribune, Dr Mohammad Ali Al Ansari said, “The Ministry of Labour and Social Development, in cooperation with the Tamkeen Labour Fund, is further implementing several training programmes in the field of secretarial and office management, in order to develop the skills of national organisations to suit the requirements of the Bahraini labour market.”
