Khalifa Sports City to host public weigh-ins

Brave Combat Federation has announced that the public weigh-ins for the eighteenth edition of Brave will be held at Khalifa Sports City. The event will take place by 5:30 PM on 15th November at the Khalifa Sports City. The weigh-ins will showcase the official face-offs between the fighters who will be competing at Brave 18.

Brave 18 marks the biggest edition of Brave Combat Federation in 2018. Three championship titles will be contested during the fight night taking place on 16th November, 2018 in Khalifa Sports City, Bahrain. The main event features the lightweight world championship title being contested.

For the first time a fighter from Palestine will be contesting for a world championship in the world of mixed martial arts. Abdul Kareem Al Selwady who has the most number of wins in the lightweight division will face the champion, Lucas Mineiro from Brazil for the world title.

Stephen Loman from Philippines will make his historic title defence against Felipe Efrain from Brazil in the same stadium where he had won the title. The public weigh-ins will be attended by leading Bahraini influencers, MMA legends, celebrities and major fight teams from around the world. The fight night will be held the next day on 16th November at the Khalifa Sports City in Bahrain. Fight Night will be broadcasted live on Abu Dhabi Sports, StarSat, VodaCom, Fite TV, Brave TV and B1B Sports.
