KHK fighter to compete for World Championship title
Velimurad Alkhasov becomes the first fighter training at KHK MMA Bahrain to contest for the world championship title at Brave Combat Federation. Alkhasov is the 2016 Combat Sambo World Champion and has an undefeated professional record winning all his 5 fights.
Alkhasov was a champion at ACB prior to signing with the Brave Combat Federation. He made his debut at Brave Combat Federation during Brave 14 held in Tangier, Morocco where he defeated the veteran flyweight fighter from USA, Sean Santella. Alkhasov is currently training at KHK MMA under coach and lightweight fighter, Eldar Eldarov and veteran coach, Emiragaev Esedulla.
The fighter who is fighting out of Russia will face Marcel Adur for the Flyweight World Championship Title at Brave Combat Federation. The fight will take place on 16th November at the Khalifa Sports City in Bahrain during Brave 18. The gates will be open from 4:30pm. The fight night is the largest to be hosted in Bahrain with three championship titles being contested.
