First comes duty
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa yesterday opened the first session of the Fifth Legislative Term in the presence of His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa and His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier at Isa Cultural Centre.
Speaking on the occasion, His Majesty highlighted the need to take the nation forward by strengthening the bond between legislature and executive.
His Majesty also lauded the Bahraini youth and Bahraini women for the contributions towards the national development.
On the economic front, His Majesty highlighted the need to continue growth by sustaining revenue streams through the diversification of economy.
