Expo showcases agricultural initiatives
Bahrain Development Bank (BDB) participated in the third Agricultural Exhibition 2018, organised by Bahrain Training Institute (BTI).
The exhibition was held under the patronage of the Education Minister Dr Majid Al Nuaimi at the institute’s premises in Isa Town.
The annual event, held this year under the theme “Sustaining Agriculture: Saving Earth, Preserving Life”, provided an excellent opportunity for the participants to share experiences, achievements and exchange knowledge related to the agricultural field.
The exhibition featured displays of various experiments and agricultural initiatives implemented in educational institutions and agricultural companies.
The participation of BDB comes as part of the bank’s efforts to support the agricultural events conducted in the kingdom and to spread awareness among the public about the financial facilities the bank offers to the Bahraini farmers.
The BDB provides agricultural finance to Bahraini farmers with a zero per cent profit rate and with a financing amount of BD15, 000.
