Man attacks neighbour over car parking dispute, sentenced
A Bahraini man was jailed for three months for attacking his neighbour and daughter following a dispute over car parking. The accused was also fined BD100 by the Third Lower Criminal Court. According to court details, the incident happened on September 8, 2018.
“The victim had parked his car in front of the house of the convict, which led to a verbal argument. “The accused would soon attack his neighbour and his daughter, injuring them badly.” Later, the victims were taken to hospital by their friends and neighbours. The property, where the victim parked his car, is a disputed one and the case has been referred to the Civil Court.
