NMS-DPS students emerge winners

The New Millennium School, DPS Bahrain, added yet another feather in their illustrious cap with its students making their alma mater proud as they held aloft glittering trophies emerging as winners and runners-up in the Inter-Gulf English Debate and Speech Competition organised by the Bahrain Keraleeya Samajam.

Around 116 students from five CBSE schools across the Kingdom took part in the event. Among the 24 participants from the New Millennium School, five students stood out and brought glory to the school.

Ashika Thomas of grade XII, bagged the first position in the Speech Competition while a team comprising Devraj Changa Kati (XI-B), Deekshita Pilli (XIC), Johncy Johnson (XI-A) and Swastika Prasanth (XI–A) bagged the second position in the debate (Senior Category). All the participants were awarded participation certificates.
