Treat your taste buds with Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay Friday Brunch

Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay offers the most elaborate and well-known weekly brunch in Manama. The popular Friday Brunch, often referred to as one of the city’s best, is known for its lavish culinary offerings, including five unique food stations serving Arabic, Western, Indian, Japanese and Chinese delicacies. Guests may choose from traditional Arabic items such as shawarma or kibbeh, true Asian bites such as hand-rolled sushi and dim sum, house-made pastas and farmers’ market-inspired salads, as well as from savoury slow cooked short ribs and the mouthwatering Peking duck.

For dessert, guests may indulge in sinfully delicious treats ranging from sweet and fruity tarts to a luscious chocolate fountain. All sweets are freshly made right in the Hotel’s very own pastry kitchen. “I couldn’t be more thrilled to be at this amazing property,” says Director of Food and Beverage Vincent Chasseignaux. “With the team we’ve on board and the brunch concepts we’re bringing to the market, we are giving our guests and Bahrain locals a special dining experience.”

The Hotel’s brunch is available every Friday from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm, when the entire Bahrain Bay Kitchen restaurant and terrace transforms to accommodate brunch guests, who may choose between indoor seating or dining al fresco on the terrace enjoying the best view of the Manama skyline.  The extensive array of food stations, each elegantly arranged and plated, covers tables from edge to edge.
