Windy weather topple steel scaffolding, causes major roadblock
Strong winds topple steel scaffolding of a construction site in Saar leaving the adjacent road blocked.
The incident took place on Friday morning and was the first of two incidents where damage was caused by strong winds.
The windy weather managed to uproot a palm tree in Al-Dair village the same morning.
Both incidents required roadblocks until the traffic police and civil defense cleared the damage.
Ministry of interior revealed no injuries were reported in both incidents.
Citizens are requested to exercise caution during periods of strong winds.
