Two killed in King Fahad Causeway accident
Two people died yesterday and two others were seriously injured in a traffic accident that occurred on King Fahad Causeway. According to traffic police, the accident involved a car and a truck heading from Bahrain towards Saudi Arabia.
The relevant procedures have been taken after the accident, the Interior Ministry posted on its Twitter account. Police have begun a probe into the accident. More details are unknown.
In another accident, an Asian woman sustained injuries after losing control of her vehicle and ramming into a pole. The incident took place in the Diplomatic Area.
Authorities arrived at the scene ensured the removal of the damaged vehicle. An official investigation is underway.
