VAT News: Value Added Tax with regard to discounted items

The National Bureau of Revenue stipulates that the discounted price of a taxable item must be inclusive of Value Added Tax.

If the original price of a taxable item is 20 BD, following a 25% discount, the item will be 15 BD inclusive of Value Added Tax.
