HRH Premier pledges ‘tireless efforts’ to boost development

His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al Khalifa yesterday pledged “tireless efforts” to achieving greater prosperity for the coming generations. Tireless efforts will be exerted to implement the visions and directives of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, HRH the Premier said, for safeguarding the present and future of Bahrain and the coming generations. The Prime Minister was holding a meeting at the Gudaibiya Palace yesterday with members of the Council of Representatives on citizens.

“Strengthening the pillars of security and stability is the shared responsibility of the Executive and Legislative branches as they are “partners in facing various challenges, and united in building the Kingdom’s present and future,” the Premier told parliamentarians stating: “MPs’ opinions on the government cannot be overlooked.”

“All matters of interest to the citizens in the economic and political fields require more coordination and cooperation to maintain national achievements and optimize the citizens’ gains. There is no economy without politics or politics without economy, but some things need to be prioritized for the benefit of the nation and its people,” the Premier said. The Prime Minister praised the members of the Council of Representatives for their constant keenness to cooperate with the government in all matters relating to the affairs of the country and citizens, calling on MPs to adopt similar stances on everything that would serve the interests of Bahrain.
