Kaneka Subberwal told Tribune, “We are delighted to be participating in La Biennale di Venezia. The Venice Biennale has been, for over 120 years, one of the most prestigious cultural institutions in the world. Established in 1895, the Biennale has an attendance today of over 500,000 visitors at the Art Exhibition.
The Bahraini artists shall be exhibiting in the historic Arsanale, an art complex that was formerly a center for Venetian economic power, dating back to 1150.” The Paris exhibition will showcase over 100 works of Bahraini artists.
