Bahrain will remain a steadfast partner in regional security: HRH CP

Bahrain will remain as a steadfast partner alongside its allies in maintaining regional security and stability, said His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa. Bahrain, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, said will continue to enhance its bilateral cooperation with the United States across various fields, particularly defence collaboration.

HRH the Crown Prince was receiving the United States Ambassador to Bahrain, Justin Siberell, and the Commander of the 5th Fleet, Combined Maritime Forces, Vice Admiral James J. Malloy, at Riffa Palace.

During the meeting, HRH the Crown Prince noted that the strategic partnership between Bahrain and the United States of America is based on trust, mutual respect, and a shared commitment to global security.   

The meeting also provided an opportunity to review regional and international developments. HH Shaikh Isa bin Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Minister of Finance and National Economy, Shaikh Salman bin Khalifa Al Khalifa, and the Bahrain Defence Force Chief of Staff, Lieutenant General Theyab bin Saqer Al Noaimi were present at the meeting.
