Meluha, an endeavour of Indian artists in Bahrain, lights the ceremonial lamp

India, or Bharath, is a cradle, playground, and backyard of many great civilizations. Meluha is one such great heritage of a renowned civilization.
'Nadana', a group of dedicated artists in Bahrain, will be showcasing the ancient civilization of Meluha (The Magical Land of Peace and Love) in its original glory, under the aegis of the Bahrain chapter of Soorya, nurtured and nourished by the veteran artist Krishnamoorthy. The event is planned to be staged in Bahrain in mid-January 2020.
The choreography of the dance drama is the brainchild of Smt. Vidya Sreekumar. The music maestro, Shri Palakkad Sreeram is the music director, while Dr. R. L. Sampath Kumar of Chennai has set the lyrics in Sanskrit. Shri Achu Arunraj is the creative director of Meluha.
The illustrious characters of the dance drama are presented by the renowned ‘State of the Art’ dance performers of Bahrain. They are Smt. Smitha Vinod, Smt. Neetu Janardhanan, and Kumari Malavika Suresh. The Puja function of this program was initiated by Shri P.V.R. Pillai, President, Bahrain Kerala Samajam by lighting the traditional Indian lamp on 11.05.2019. This interesting dramatic piece in dance form – Meluha - is being produced by Steel Mark Bahrain.
