Stray dogs attack man in Manama
A man sustained several bite injuries after he was viciously attacked by a pack of dogs yesterday morning in Manama. The man, an expatriate, said he was chased and attacked by the dogs at a parking lot in Manama. Describing the ordeal, he said that usually, he keeps an eye out for strays.
But on that day, “I failed to notice these strays at the parking.” “Suddenly one of them growled and lunged at me. “I was shocked and tried to run, but it was not enough.” It’s just pure luck that the man managed to escape. The man reported the incident to the nearest police station and immediately went to Salmaniya Hospital.
“I spent 20 BD there for the anti-tetanus vaccination and medicine,” he said.
