NMS-DPS holds investiture ceremony
The Investiture Ceremony of The New Millennium School, DPS Bahrain for the academic session 2019-2020, was held at the school on 23rd May. The newly invested office-bearers pledged to bestow their duties to the best of their abilities to hold the school’s core values of honesty, integrity and sensitivity.
The elected leaders from Classes VII to XII, were conferred with badges, assigning them the responsibility of leading the school from the front. The Junior and Senior Council members along with the Head Boy and the Head Girl took the oath to abide by the school rules and follow the school motto—‘Service before self’.
The event concluded with an inspiring speech by the school principal, Arun Kuumar Sharma, wherein he congratulated the Students’ Council and advised them to be impartial and honest in discharging their duties. He reminded the students that they are the torch bearers of all the values that the school stands for and urged them to take up the responsibility with commitment and integrity
