His Majesty issues order to distribute Eid gifts to widows and orphans

His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa issued an order to distribute Eid Al-Fitr gifts to all widows and orphans, who are registered with the Royal Charity Organisation (RCO). HM the King directed RCO, led by HM the King’s Representative for Charity Work and Youth Affairs and RCO’s Board of Trustees Chairman, HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, to oversee the distribution of the royal gifts to all beneficiaries.

HH Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad extended deepest congratulations to HM King Hamad on Eid Al-Fitr, wishing HM the King abundant health and happiness, and the Islamic and Arab nations many happy returns of the occasion. HH Shaikh Nasser praised HM the King’s constant fatherly interest in RCO-sponsored families, keenness to share with them various occasions, including Eid Al-Fitr, and directives to provide distinguished services and care for those families to ensure decent and stable life for everyone.

RCO’s Secretary-General, Dr. Mustafa Al-Sayed Al-Ameen extended heartfelt congratulations to HM the King and HH Shaikh Nasser on Eid Al-Fitr. He pointed out that HM King Hamad is keen to provide all kinds of interest and care for widows and orphans, citing the constant royal directives to provide them with various services.

Al-Sayed affirmed that the annual royal gesture is in line with HM the King’s unwavering interest in RCO-sponsored families and desire to share with them the joy of Eid Al-Fitr, which, he said, has a positive impact on the beneficiaries.
