Bahraini Charge d’Affaires in Rome participates in Iftar
The Charge d’affaires of the Embassy of Bahrain to Italy, Hussain Mohammed Alam, took part in the annual fast-breaking (Iftar) banquet, hosted by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Italy.
During the reception, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of the Republic of Italy, Enzo Moavero Milanesi, welcomed the representatives of the OIC countries. The Italian minister expressed hope that peace and harmony would prevail among the peoples of all sects and religions.
In a statement on behalf of the representatives of the OIC countries, the Arab League and the Islamic Center in Rome hailed the role of Italy in promoting the principles of cooperation and peaceful coexistence.
