Kingdom wins two medals at World Stamp Exhibition
The Kingdom has won two medals at the 2019 World Stamp Exhibition held in China. Silver medals were won by Bahrain team members Saleh Mohammed Al Hassan and Ahmed Abdullah Awadhi while Khalid Ali Darwish received a certificate of participation at the expo. Foreign stamp collectors from all over the world brought their stamps to be showcased at the expo.
This is the third time China hosted the World Stamp Exhibition. According to reports, the expo was more extensive and included more attractions. Many organizations in the Kingdom have been putting in strong efforts to promote the hobby of stamp collection among the youth, especially students.
