Outstanding students honoured

A batch of 580 high-achieving students affiliated with the Royal Charity Organisation (RCO) has been honored in recognition of their outstanding results.

The ceremony was held at Shaikh Abdulaziz bin Mohammed Al Khalifa hall at the University of Bahrain Sakhir Campus, under the patronage of His Highness Shaikh Nasser bin Hamad Al Khalifa, His Majesty’s Representative for Charity Works and Youth Affairs, RCO board of trustees’ chairman.

Addressing the ceremony, he paid tribute to His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, RCO Honorary President, for his keenness on Bahraini orphans’ education excellence and decent living conditions.  

He commended the support of the Government, chaired by His Royal Highness Prime Minister Prince Khalifa bin Salman Al-Khalifa, lauding His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Premier for backing the charity foundation.

  He congratulated the outstanding students and their parents, hailing the cooperation of the Ministry of Education, University of Bahrain and other public and private establishments.
