UK envoy meets CPISP winners
The United Kingdom (UK)’s Ambassador to Bahrain, Simon Martin, received the UK-bound recipients of the 2019 Crown Prince’s International Scholarship Programme (CPISP) at the British Embassy.
The ambassador congratulated the students on receiving the CPISP scholarship and acknowledged the important role CPISP plays in providing outstanding students with the opportunity to study at top international universities and institutions. The ambassador wished the scholarship recipients every success in their academic careers.
The latest group of ten scholarship recipients includes three students who will study in the United Kingdom. Fatima Abdullah and Sara Mohamed will be going to school in the UK to complete their ‘A Levels’ before applying for the university. Zain Zainal will attend the University of Manchester.
