Youth societies’ role praised

Shura Council Chairman Ali Saleh Al Saleh underscored the role and national responsibility of non-governmental and youth organisations in investing in the youngsters’ potentials, boosting community partnership and promoting voluntary work. He lauded the great care and support accorded to the youth organisations, which represents an incentive to serve Bahrain and the Bahraini society.

The Shura Council Chairman was speaking as he received Board Chairman of Al Khalidiyah Youth Society Ibrahim Rashid Khamis and members. He praised the youth initiatives and awareness programmes organised by the society round the year, commending the society’s efforts to promote voluntary work.  

Mr Al Saleh hailed the accomplishments of the Bahraini youth, describing them as a source of pride and a reflection of their commitment to national responsibility. He wished Al Khalidiyah Youth Society more success in implementing its programmes and achieving its ambitious vision. Al Khalidiyah Youth Society Chairman and members commended the key role played by the Shura Council Chairman and members in supporting the youth and enhancing the youth momentum in the Kingdom.
