British School of Bahrain (BSB) has launched its newly designed website with modernized features, which is expected act as an “information hub” for parents, students, and teachers.
The website was launched yesterday by the school management at its premises in Hamala. It comes with many interesting features including an online payment service, which accepts both Debit and Credit cards. A virtual tour of the school and a comprehensive photo gallery give parents and other interested parties a panoramic vision about the school.
The school stated the website was created to give a user-friendly experience with minimum clicks to reach any required information.
“Over the past few months, BSB staff has been working hard to make the website more informative and easy to navigate. The new website is redesigned to fulfil BSB mission to achieve excellence, embrace responsibility and celebrate individuality,” the school stated. The school stated that the website has been optimised to work on all modern web browsers and smart devices such as Iphones, Android devices and Ipads.
“It creatively represents a modern and vibrant style, reflecting the school culture. Blue colour has been prominently used in reference to the school’s corporate identity colour,” the school added.
Explaining how to navigate the website, the school stated, “The top bar menu includes information relevant to either existing or potential students, and parents. The options include Schools, Campus life, About us, Academies and Careers. The bottom bar menu is primarily relevant to parents and potential students to get enrolling information and forms to be submitted at the admission stage.”
“School virtual tour and a comprehensive Photo Gallery is included in the bottom menu, showing the multi-cultural faculty members, selective school activities, and school facilities,” the school authorities added.
