Labour Minister to patronise Gulf Executive Leaders’ Support Forum

Under the patronage of Labour and Social Development Minister, Jameel Humaidan, Bahrain Secretarial Association is organising the second edition of Gulf Executive Leaders’ Support Forum, being held in co-operation with WorkSmart for events management. Event’s organisers paid tribute to the Minister’s support for the second edition of the Forum, stressing the importance of achieving the Forum’s objectives including; building a backbone for Bahraini companies and emphasising on cultivating enhanced training and development for office and administrative professionals who are essential contributors to the success of each organisation’s day-to-day operations.

The two-day event, taking place in 14 and 15 January 2020 at Gulf Hotel, aims to highlight the importance of having well trained employees in achieving efficiency in the day to day activities of organisations. The forum will bring together experts and specialists in the field of administration, Human Resources and Management to exchange their expertise, experience, views and opinions in the latest and important topics about administrative technology.

Moreover, the forum will gather administrators, personal assistants, secretaries, secretaries of committees, executive secretaries, office managers, administrative technicians, customer service employees, and co-ordination specialists.  Furthermore, the GLS Forum includes a conference, followed by accompanying workshops on technology adaptation in managerial work, personal skills, business ethics development, and effective communication through hierarchy.

The forum comes in its second edition next year based on the great success of the first edition that was attended by more than 500 participants. The Forum organisers were keen to hear the participants’ views during the conference and were working on developing next edition accordingly.
