Doing business report proves Kingdom on the right track: CP

Bahrain’s improved ranking in the World Bank Group’s ‘Doing Business 2020’ report is a confirmation to the Kingdom’s diversification efforts that are progressing in the right direction, said HRH the Crown Prince. “This achievement is a source of pride and results from the guidance and support of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa,” said HRH Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa in a congratulatory message sent to HM the King.

Taking pride in the achievement, the Crown Prince, Deputy Supreme Commander and First Deputy Prime Minister, pledged to continue his works in this direction. The outstanding accomplishment, Crown Prince said, indicates the works of the executive and legislative branches, the private sector and NGOs together as ‘Team Bahrain’.

Separately, His Majesty sent a cable to His Royal Highness Prince Salman thanking his support to Bahrain’s progress and achievements towards a brighter future. HM King Hamad expressed his pride in the achievement and stressed, “It reflected the ability of Bahrainis to rise to the occasions, meet challenges and achieve successive successes that place Bahrain in a leading position in the world.”

His Majesty hailed Prince Salman for leading the Executive Committee which played a significant role in placing Bahrain among the advanced economies.
