Minister inspects postal sorting centre
The postal sorting centre in the Hidd Industrial Zone is one of the most significant projects launched by the ministry, said Transportation and Telecommunications Minister Kamal Ahmed.
The minister was touring the facility to ensure the smooth operation of the centre, which serves as the main facility for sorting mail items. The new facility replaced the Muharraq centre that provided postal services for more than 40 years.
