Renowned Malayalam actor to attend movie preview
Veteran Malayalam movie actor and director Padmashri Balachandra Menon will be the chief guest at an event, where an English movie ‘Death of So and So’ will be previewed. The event will be held on November 1, 2019, 6.30 pm at Ashrafs Hall in Hoora. ‘Death of So and So’ is a mystery drama shot completely in Bahrain.
It has already received invitations to enter few major film festivals including Nikon and Kochi Metro Film Festival to be held in Dubai under the patronage of South Indian Actor Mohanlal. The movie is written and directed by award-winning director and Bahrain-resident Ramgopal Menon.
Mr Ramgopal is the winner of best short film title at the ICRF conducted Short Film Festival in the month of December. His short film Mindscape highlighted the emotional turmoils faced by an individual and addressed the growing suicidal menace currently being faced by the expatriate community in the Gulf.
