HRH Princess Sabeeka congratulated by Speaker

Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Fawzia Abdulla Zainal, has congratulated Her Royal Highness Princess Sabeeka bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, Wife of His Majesty the King and President of the Supreme Council for Women (SCW), on the Bahraini Women’s Day 2019, themed “Bahrain women in the fields of higher education and future sciences".

The speaker lauded Bahraini women’s landmark achievements and distinction in all fields, in light of the comprehensive development march spearheaded by His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.

She praised the SCW’s efforts, plans and projects, as well as key contributions to advancing Bahraini women, and vital role in increasing Bahrain’s women’s ability to take part in the kingdom’s progress, according to the bases of balance and equal opportunities.

The speaker expressed deep pride in the Bahraini women’s strides in the fields of higher education and future sciences, in line with HM the King’s visions and directives.

She underlined the Representatives Council’s unwavering support for the SCW’s plans and programmes, noting that the constant fruitful cooperation between the two councils will continue for the best interests of Bahraini women, the nation and the citizens.
