Interior Minister congratulated

Interior Minister General Shaikh Rashid bin Abdullah Al Khalifa received a cable of congratulations from Minister of Labour and Social Development Jameel Humaidan on the centenary of the establishment of Bahrain Police.  

The Labour and Social Development Minister lauded the national occasion and its role in boosting co-operation to maintain security, stability and social community as well as achieve the aspirations of the people for a more prosperous and productive society. He also praised preparedness and outstanding capabilities of the security institution, commending the efforts of the Interior Ministry’s staff and their high sense of responsibility.

Separately, Royal Court Minister, Shaikh Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa also sent a cable of congratulations to General Shaikh Rashid. The Royal Court Minister expressed sincere thanks and appreciation to the Minister of Interior and all the Interior Ministry’s staff for the tremendous efforts they had exerted to ensure the success of such a national celebration held to mark the 100th anniversary of policing in Bahrain.

The minister lauded the pioneering achievements attained by the Interior Ministry regarding its duties to maintain security and stability, as well as to protect the nation’s accomplishments and ensure tranquility of the citizens and residents, wishing everyone success in serving Bahrain and its people.
