HM King issues decree reforming Tender Board
His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa yesterday issued Decree 1 of 2020 reforming the Tender Board.
Chaired by the Urban Planning and Development Authority Chief Executive Officer Shaikh Nayef bin Khalid bin Ahmed Al Khalifa, the new-look board also includes Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Ministry Undersecretary Ahmed Abdulaziz Al Khayyat as Deputy CEO.
The panel also features as members for a two-year tenure: Supreme Council for the Environment (SCE) CEO Dr Mohammed Mubarak bin Daina, Isa Radhi Mohammed Al Aradi, Adviser for the Modernisation of Bapco in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering Said Hussein Abdulrahman, Walid Youssef Al Sae, Rashid Ahmed Al Jowder and Jassim Abdulla Humood of HRH the Premier’s Court.
The Prime Minister and ministers, each in his capacity, shall execute this decree which comes into effect from the day after the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
