Works Affairs Undersecretary informed about constituency’s needs

Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Ministry’s Undersecretary for Works Affairs, Ahmed Abdulaziz Al Khayyat, has paid an inspection visit to the Capital Governorate’s third constituency (Al-Daih, Sanabis and Qalaa), where he was informed about the local citizens’ needs.

He was accompanied by the constituency’s representative, MP Mamdooh Al Saleh, Roads Projects and Maintenance Director, Sayed Bader Alawi, and a number of the Works Ministry’s officials.

Mr Al Khayyat lauded the existing cooperation and interaction between the Council of Representatives and municipal councils, on the one hand, and the Works Ministry, on the other, which, he said, contributes to achieving public interests and following up on the citizens’ remarks and suggestions.

He pointed out that the visit is in line with the directives of the Works, Municipalities Affairs and Urban Planning Minister to follow up on the needs of the citizens, and the suggestions of the members of the Representatives Council and municipal councils.

The undersecretary was informed about the local citizens’ remarks, including the pavement of some roads in Block 424 in AlDaih, and Block 422 in Jidhafs, as well as the opening of roads 3805 and 3808 in Block 438 in Al Qalaa village.

The remarks also included establishing road humps in Al Qalaa and Al Daih, in addition to a sanitation project in Block 424.
