Motorbikes Week to be held from Dec 17

The sixth edition of Motorbikes Week 2015 will be held from December 17 to 19 simultaneously with Kingdom’s National Day celebrations and Accession Anniversary of His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa.
The programme will be organised under the auspices of Capital Governor Shaikh Hisham bin Abdulrahman Al Khalifa. Shaikh Hisham met festival’s organising committee including head of high organising committee Dr. Khalid Al Shorafaa and his deputy Isa Al Zebari who briefed the governor on the contents of festival programme and activities.
The event will be held in the car parking lots of Bahrain Mall in the heart of the capital city, Manama, and on major streets considering the accessibility. The event will have separate programmes for both children and adults.
The governor directed that the massive annual festival procession will tour over major streets in the Kingdom this year, with the theme “Our Gulf binds us Together”.
The meeting was attended by the head of PR and Events Department in the governorate, Abdulrahman Al Abbasi.
