Special celebrations at Four Seasons to mark Chinese New Year
Four Seasons Hotel Bahrain Bay is organising special celebrations marking the Lunar New Year. Diners will be served special cuisines at the Hotel’s acclaimed restaurants at the Manama’s top luxury hotel.
“Entertainment will be present in the form of a Lion Dance team, and we will be crafting bespoke Lunar New Year inspired cocktails and mocktails for the evening,” the Hotel said in a statement issued.
“Guests will enjoy dumplings served from our dim sum carte, as well as Char Siu beef rib roast and whole Cantonese Duck from our carving station. Local prawns will be grilled over slabs of Himalayan Pink salt.” Traditional as well as modern interpretations of Chinese street food will be prepared live at food stalls.
“For Chinese New Year, we will be transforming the restaurant into a night market, paying homage to the dai pai dongs of Hong Kong.” 2020 is the Year of the Rat, inaugurating a new 12-year cycle in the Chinese zodiac, beginning January 25 - the Lunar New Year.
