Bahrain, Mongolia for greater ties
Bahrain explored openi n g n e w h o r i z o n s of cooperation with Mongolia during their first meeting of political consultations between the ministries of foreign affairs of both countries. The meeting was co-chaired by Undersecretary for International Affairs, Dr Shaikh Abdullah bin Ahmed Al Khalifa and State Secretary Davaasuren Damdinsuren.
They mulled ways to enhance cooperation in the fields of renewable energy, mining, air transportation, entrepreneurship, banking services, tourism, exhibitions and sports. Dr Shaikh Abdullah noted the availability of more promising opportunities in private sector investments and the digital economy. He expressed Bahrain’s readiness to present its economic and development model to friendly countries as a distinct continental and international model for progress and prosperity in line with the Bahrain Economic Vision 2030.
