The Minister of Health is making an inspection visit to the field hospital, which is dedicated to people from different countries where the virus is endemic
Within the framework of the national efforts exerted by the Kingdom of Bahrain to tackle Corona Virus "Covid-19", His Excellency the Minister of Health, Mrs. Faika Bint Saeed Al Saleh, in the presence of Dr. Walid Khalifa Al Mana, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, and a number of officials this morning paid an inspection visit To the field hospital devoted to the care of people coming from different countries where the virus is prevalent, where they are scheduled to be subjected to the completion of medical examination procedures, which in the light of its results isolate or detain infected people from these countries, according to the guidelines and standards approved by the World Health Organization.
His Excellency the Minister of Health confirmed during her inspection tour that the precautionary plans and the preventive and control strategies that are being implemented quickly and the most important of which is the work to allocate a field hospital to those coming from abroad come according to the directives and follow-up from His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, Crown Prince Deputy Supreme Commander, First Deputy Prime Minister, may God protect him, in the context of seeking to harness all the energies and capabilities aimed at continuing to tackle the virus and ensuring the safety and health of all citizens and residents in the Kingdom in the first place.
The Minister praised the sincere national efforts presented by the medical and health teams in the Ministry of Health, where during her visit, her Excellency directed all medical cadres to the necessity of ensuring the highest levels of efficiency in the health and therapeutic service provided to all arrivals, and called them the importance of redoubling efforts and the highest levels of professionalism and readiness and willingness to receive All travelers from different countries where the virus is prevalent, in order to ensure their safety and that of all members of Bahraini society.
At the end of the minister’s inspection visit, which included various facilities and sections devoted to care and treatment in the field hospital, the Minister of Health praised the level of cooperation and joint coordination and the effort made between the various stakeholders in the Kingdom of Bahrain and the recommendations of the World Health Organization with the aim of implementing and applying the overall precautionary measures and preventive measures to ensure that the Corona virus does not spread Covid-19.
