Tamkeen employees resume work tomorrow, Wednesday

BAHRAIN

Based on the efforts of the Tamkeen Labor Fund to support national efforts to combat the spread of the Corona Virus (Covid 19), the Labor Fund vacated the building as a precautionary measure a few hours before the end of the official working hours of Tuesday evening.

The Tamkeen Labor Fund confirmed in a statement that what was circulated about the contact of one of its employees with a patient infected with Coronavirus (Covid 19), is not true, and that the employee did not come into direct contact with an infected person, and accordingly, there is no risk to the Fund carrying out its work according to As reported by the recommendations of the competent authorities.

Accordingly, Tamkeen announced that employees will resume work in the building normally from tomorrow, Wednesday, 11 March 2020.

As an additional precaution, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry building administration completely sterilized the building in cooperation with Tamkeen and the Ministry of Health, in the interest of employee safety.

The employee has a responsible role informing the administration of his contact with another person who had contact with an infected person whose injury was discovered today, and that was followed by taking precautionary sterilization procedures to ensure the safety of everyone.
