Bahrain Airport Company (BAC), the operator and managing body of Bahrain International Airport (BIA) signed an agreement with Nasser Pharmacy to operate an outlet at the airport’s new Passenger Terminal Building.

The branch, located in the landside Arrivals area, will be fully stocked with healthcare, beauty, and pharmaceutical products, and will serve BIA passengers, staff, and the local community.

The five-year agreement was signed by BAC Chief Executive Officer, Mohamed Yousif Al Binfalah and Nasser Pharmacy Director, Adel Khalaf in the presence of Harish Khurana and BAC commercial team.

Speaking at the signing ceremony, Al Binfalah said: “With the health and wellbeing of passengers and staff being one of our key priorities at BIA, the landside Arrivals branch of Nasser Pharmacy will be stocked with medicine and other high-quality healthcare products, allowing passengers to fill their prescriptions or pick up any last-minute items they may have forgotten to pack.”

Khalaf said: “The airport pharmacy will offer a wide selection of travel accessories and travel-sized products, vitamins and supplements, beauty and skincare products, and other pharmaceutical products.” The new facility will be more than four times larger than the current airport, offering expanded passenger and cargo capacities, and worldclass facilities and commercial outlets.
